We don’t make money unless you make money!  We charge a reasonable monthly management fee which covers the cost of full time management on premise at your Spa and partly covers our home office support costs.  Additionally Resources & Development then makes its money when you are profitable by charging a percentage of profit.  That's right NOT a percentage of revenue, so we make our money when and ONLY when you are profitable.
